Protect from direct sunlight
It is not intended for swallowing and should be expectorated after rinsing. Advised not to rinse with water or other mouthwashes, brush teeth or eat immediately after using Orahex DG. Do not use after the expiry date.
Possible side effects include:
- Allergic reactions
- Staining of teeth (less as compared to plain Chlorhexidine oral rinses)* and other oral surfaces. This is not permanent and may be prevented by brushing daily and in some cases scaling and polishing may be reuired
- Increase in tartar formation
- Alteration in taste perception.

Use this oral rinse only as directed by your doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep away from eyes and ears.
Dos
- Use Chlorhexidine gluconate oral rinse as directed by your dentist, in addition to daily brushing.
- Chlorhexidine oral rinse should be used after you have brushed and flossed your teeth
Dont’s:
- Do not use if you are allergic to chlorhexidine, sodium fluoride, zinc chloride or any other exicipients.
- Do not swallow the solution or mix it with any other substance.
- Do not eat or drink for atleast half an hour after using the oral rinse.
